Section 42
<br> Provisions may be made regarding automatic approval process
The Government of Nepal may provide services such as company registration, industry registration, foreign investment approval through the automatic route in order to simplify and facilitate the foreign investment process by publishing notices in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) According to sub-section (1), other arrangements related to automatic route (automatic route) and electronic system (online system) shall be as prescribed.
